FYI to whiny customers...

rock snob is a clerk in a parishable food department in a grocery store that is part of a major Canadian chain that will remain namelss. This blog was created as an homage to every customer who's never had a customer service job, who's never had to get up in the wee hours of the morning, put a smile on their face and come to work and serve assholes who think it's okay to push their servers around. This blog is for every customer that takes the whole "The Customer is Always Right" motto too far, who uses it as an excuse to take out their anger problems on an innocent clerk who's just trying to make money. Any customer who's deserved to have their coffee sneezed in or their sandwhich dropped on the floor, this website is for you.
